Zeus Power Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By registering to participate in the Zeus Power Referral Program you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Referee means any individual or company referred to the Zeus Power Referral Program.

Referrer means an individual or company participating as a referrer in the Zeus Power Referral Program.

Referral Code means the unique referral code provided to a Referred upon registration for the Zeus Power Referral Program.

Referral Reward means an amount equal to ten percent of any invoice for any work booked using a Referral Code.

Terms mean these Terms and Conditions.

ZPG means Zeus Power Group Limited which is the company responsible for the Zeus Power Referral Program.

Zeus Power Referral Program means the referral program described in and contemplated by these Terms.

Zeus Power Supplier means any provider of goods or services to the Zeus Power Referral Program.

Zeus Power Website means the Zeus Power Referral Program website at www.zeuselectrix.co.nz/referral/.

To qualify as a Referrer, you must register with Zeus Power Referral Program via the referrer signup process on the Zeus Power Website.

A Referred can only register with the Zeus Power Referrer Program once and may not hold multiple registrations either personally or via other entities.

ZPG reserves the right to refuse the registration of any participant in the Zeus Power Referral Program or to terminate any existing Referrer.

Upon registration via the Zeus Power Website, the Referrer will be provided with a Referral Code to share with individuals or businesses to be used when booking work with a Zeus Power Supplier.

The Referee must enter the Referral Code when booking work with a Zeus Power Supplier and a Referral Code cannot be applied at any later stage.

ZPG may disclose your name to your referees as the referrer, and theirs with you.

Upon the Referee paying the invoice in full for any work booked using a Referral Code and carried out by a Zeus Power Supplier, the Referrer will be entitled to be paid the Referral Reward for the relevant work.

Referral Rewards will be paid to the nominated account of the Referrer on the 20^th day of the month following the Referee paying the Zeus Power Supplier’s invoice for the relevant work.

ZPG reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Zeus Power Referral Program, or these Terms, at any time and for any reason.

Any changes to the Zeus Power Referral Program or these Terms will be posted on the Zeus Power Website.

While ZPG will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to these Terms (or termination of the Zeus Power Referral Program), it is your responsibility to review these Terms on the Zeus Power Website regularly for updates.

You may only provide a Referral Code to a genuine arms-length third party for their use when booking work with a Zeus Power Supplier.

You must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading, or activities in connection with or otherwise abusing the Zeus Power Referral Program.

These include but are not limited to setting up an affiliate business using your Zeus Pwoer Referral Code or using the Zeus Power Referral Code in association with any discriminatory or illegal material, or misuse of conditions on social media or any other platforms where your referral code is posted.

If we suspect misuse, we can withhold or cancel Referral Reward, and/or stop your participation in the Zeus Power Referral Program.

ZPG is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the Zeus Power Referral Program, to the extent allowed by law.

Any failure or delay by ZPG in enforcing these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.

The Zeus Power Referral Program and these Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, or any other form of legal association between you and ZPG. You shall not have any authority to bind or commit ZPG in any way.
